Résumé

Curative resection following conversion therapy has become a key strategy for improving the prognosis of patients with advanced colorectal cancer (CRC). Based on the latest evidence from clinical studies, international clinical practice guidelines, and multicenter investigations, this review systematically summarizes surgical strategies after conversion therapy for CRC with metastases to the liver, lung, peritoneum, and retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Particular emphasis is placed on resectability assessment systems, biological stratification of tumor behavior, optimal timing of surgery, and principles of optimizing surgical strategies. By integrating function-preserving surgery, local and regional therapies, a precision surgery framework centered on achieving R0 resection is established.
